6/15: feeling happy

For the first time in a really long time, I don't feel depressed in the morning. 
My skins getting better and my hair is getting shinier. I'm starting to become healthy mentally and physically.

🧚🏼‍♀️Don't look at your acne. 

❣️Did a lot of jobs!すごい!素晴らしい!

❣️Ate breakfast and lunch and dinnerえらい

❣️早めに休めた。

❣️when the irrational thoguts tried to hit me, I was able to prevent it from overtaking my mind. 
❣️MAMIgo出せた。

❣️I took out the trash.
